Debswana operates two twin engine aircrafts; a Beechcraft 1900D and a King Air 200. Recent studies have revealed gross underutilisation of these aircrafts and a feasibility study is in progress to establish the viability of consolidating and increasing asset utilisation.
I shall not bog you down with details at this stage but my interest is in finding out whether your company is capable of carrying out an independent Quality Assurance exercise meant to validate the analysis done so far.
